I got the bug for Marketing in 2002 in my first start up as a distributor for high tech gadgets and appliances. In order to bring the business a step ahead of the competition I was pushed into online marketing where I have been since 2008. Though I understand a bit about digital marketing, web coding, designing-for-mobile, Search, AdWords, and I know terms like User Experience, CTR, Demographics, PageSpeed, blah, blah, I am no expert in any of that. However, I am good in finding the experts. I have been to the other side of the world to hunt top people with rare skills, motivate them and get them to work for a team. I enjoy the freedom internet businesses provide, but buy neither “4-hour weekdays” nor easy “business in a box” because I know hard knocks and hard work.
